If you Googled “AEY Inc.” and ended up here expecting Efraim Diveroli and a $300 million ammo deal, you’re in the wrong place. Sort of.

We share the name AEY Inc. with the company made famous by the 2016 film War Dogs. That AEY was a Miami-based defense contractor. This AEY is a California-based construction material supplier founded by a Marine combat veteran. We deal in rebar, not RPGs.

Why We Keep the Name

Because it works. The name drives traffic. People search “AEY Inc.” out of curiosity, and they find a legitimate, veteran-owned DVBE construction firm instead of a defunct arms company. That’s a better outcome for everyone.

And honestly? The irony isn’t lost on us. A company called AEY Inc., run by an actual combat veteran, that actually does government contracting – legally, with proper certifications, and without anyone going to prison. Same energy. Better compliance record.

What We Actually Do

We supply construction materials to general contractors and government agencies across California. Structural steel, rebar, electrical, plumbing, roofing, concrete – every material category that goes on a job site.

We’re certified DVBE, SDVOSB, SB, and hold 7 City of Los Angeles RAMP certifications. Every dollar spent through AEY counts toward DVBE and Small Business participation requirements. We respond to quote requests within 24 hours.
